Frenzy and Frenzied Strain
Frenzy enables additional bonus-action attacks, but some choices carry a cost.
Frenzied Strike makes a melee weapon attack as a bonus action and adds Frenzied Strain. Strain penalizes attack rolls, so consider the accuracy cost of repeated use.
Not every Frenzy ability has the same drawback. Check each ability’s resource cost and side effects, including what disappears when Rage ends.
