Off Balance
Off Balance makes a creature easier to hit and imposes Disadvantage on Strength and Dexterity ability checks.
Attack rolls against it have Advantage. Strength and Dexterity ability checks are different from saving throws.
Ordinary Off Balance can end on damage or Help. Do not assume it persists through many attacks like a lasting defensive penalty.
