A Frozen creature is trapped in ice and cannot act.
Frozen makes it Vulnerable to Bludgeoning, Thunder, and Force damage. Taking one of those damage types breaks the ice and removes Frozen.
Decide whether to keep the enemy disabled or break the ice with damage. Check the source for the duration of the condition.
