Ki Resonation marks a creature so a Monk can detonate its ki with a follow-up ability.
The attack applying the mark and the detonation are separate actions. The mark does not automatically explode every turn.
Check whether Ki Resonation: Blast is available and who is nearby. The follow-up ability determines the damage and area.
