Extra actions in Honour Mode
Honour Mode changes some interactions between extra actions and Extra Attack.
Actions granted by Haste or Bloodlust do not provide a full additional sequence of Extra Attacks as an ordinary action would. Attack counts can therefore differ from other difficulties.
Action Surge is treated differently from this restriction. Track the source of each extra action rather than treating them all as equivalent.
