The ordinary condition halves movement speed and reduces Armour Class and Dexterity saves by 2. It prevents reactions and allows either an action or a bonus action on a turn, not both.
The game description also promises one attack per turn and possible spell delays. However, the wiki bug notes checked in September 2026 report that spell delays do not work, and the attack limit only works if a creature becomes Slowed between attacks on its own turn. Do not rely on those two restrictions.
